That's a great sword to farm, but lifestealing and Trenchant recovery on a GS is better. Currently I believe there isn't a named one with both. You either have to craft it or get extremely lucky with drops.

i agree Trenchant recovery is much better on GS than leeching crosscut, i just put leeching crosscut on an armor piece and thats it. u can spam heavies for trenchant recovery but u cannot spam crosscut

Very true. However this is a sword people can farm instead of crafting therefore that's why I made it but you do have a good point

u dont need crosscut at your arrmor cuz the weapon drop has the perk

does 2perks with the effects stack? I know that they have different percentage however just to make sure I would like to verify that information, would it be possible for you to make a video about that or probably a link where we can see if that really works? if that works will that also apply to damage perks that has the same application, ex. firestaff?
