Sean these videos are fantastic. Your information is both practical and pragmatic. I’ve said before that I believe you are on point with your purpose in life as a teacher and humanitarian. Keep fighting to help those dogs and keep up the great work champ. 👊🇺🇸

Yesterday my coach and a few other in the gym wondered if I was going into try some upcoming inter-club fights... Not going to lie it does feel good knowing that but I laughed, tbh I'm only going to spectate at the moment but keep training like I have. I'm lucky enough to have a good friend who teaches Muay Thai, for about 6-7 months now twice a week for 2hr in the gym... in spare time around 30min-1hr one on one training in his garden and at least 2 hr out of my days when I'm in the flat (mainly excercises and shadow boxing) or heavy bag I installed in communal garden. I would'nt be there also without all the good tips I have learned from you and the likes of other skilled matrial artists, for which I've used to help find my 'style'. Sun Tzu was right lol Thanks

ay sean, your Videos are just the best. I started watching your Videos like 6-7 months ago when I saw your heavybag workout and I still watch a lot of your workout while I'm Training and follow along. You are a Part of the reason why I started to really get into Muay thai. And yesterday I signed up for a pro muay thai martial arts school to get the best out of me

What I do on days I don't go to the muay thai gym: going for a run in the woods, doing 5-10 rounds of shadowboxing(1 song is one round) and finishing of with a bodyweight workout in the simplistic outdoor gym in the woods, works like a charm. I'd love to have a bag or something like that but I currently live in a tiny apartment of 40 square meter hahaha

Hey Sean, hope you and Liz are both healthy and well. Also huge props from me on the quality of your videos, the look amazing!! Do you guys have an editor or do you edit your videos yourself? Also I would love it if you could tell me which editing software you guys are using. God bless both of you. Kapunkap
