It’s crazy how much this had helped. I already had combos doing 50-60% but only because I was using Janet’s sento stance. Other than that my highest was 44% but the execution had to be perfect and it took 2 bars. But 51% is a bigger number than 44% and I learned that the air combo you were using is sooo much stronger than 1,2,3 in most situations. And combining the choke out is way better than using down,back,1. Thx a lot, like truly.🙏

You can get 42% with one bar but it takes full kameo meter and a lot of execution

In that 510 damage combo, if after the first choke/janet into enhanced teleport you can stand 4 into fatal blow for about 580 damage. It uses 2 bars of meter and 1 Janet charge. Edit: you can get like 530 off the one meter combo doing it a similar timing

I’m brand new to the game so I am still spending time in training mode trying to learn the basic mechanics of the game as Ermac and how everything works but, I was thinking of using Janet Cage as my cameo anyways, so this should really help me get started once I understand how the game as a whole works as I feel that, is more important then any Ermac specifics and tech that I could learn from guides and what not, but once I learn how the game works as a whole, I will definitely come back to this to get started learning Ermac as a character

You don’t have to burst cancel to convert off of back2 4. everyone ive seen cancels but you can go right into 12 right after

Can extend your punish combo at 16:13 after the ground skull move by adding the air 1,2,3 move before the 4 bf 1 into janet. 1 bar for 509 damage.

I see most people I've noticed use Janet or Scorpion for extra damage its a bit easier but he does have decent damage without a kameo with 1 to 2 bars from 30-45% without any kameos but the execution and timing is ridiculously hard. One thing that's so hard to do is finish his combos with air combo 123 into ex teleport then use an ender like tk slam or push.

To get extra damage with fatal, do the big combo, do the first janet jump in, MB teleport, stand 4 into MB DB3 then fatal and mash through the fatal you get just over 590 damage 👍

I feel like ermac is a very cancel heavy character, if you see how the pro's are playing him looks hard as hell, but even if he has low damage the pressure is insane... not to mention that all his animations are probably there with rain's for the best in the game!!

You can get 44% with janet meterless midscreen 2 janet calls. And 48% 1bar midscreen. Good tip on that overhead cancel its tight. I roll my finger from triangle to square it makes it a little easier.

Man you gotta sit on this game for HOURS and also play consistently to get good with this character. The cancels are next level bro. No character have really had cancels up until this update. It’s fucking nerdyyyyyy. Shit is so sweaty it’s crazy. This is objective as well. You gotta sit on this game to be good with ermac. Idk about y’all but I go to college 😂 I can’t sit in here like I used to. and before y’all come at me, I’m mainly referring to being good with this character. Knowing the ins and outs and being able to cancel combo and lay down the mean pressure. His regularly combos are no different from the other characters in the game. The truly hard part is taking the time to dial in his cancels. He’s only a good character when the cancels are being used. Cuz he has no low mixups. His overheads without cancels are very reactable. Netherrealm really got all the nerds back on this game… cuz only the nerds are mastering this character

If your opponent likes to do that consistently just wait for the ex lift and punish
