HOW TO GET BOTH HITMONLEE AND HITMONCHAN ON POKEMON FIRE RED AND LEAF GREEN

To help with this go to celadon city department store and purchase iron and protein. Iron will increase a pokemons defence stat and protein will increase a pokemons attack stat.
