You also missed the expanded bonus for the T-5x where, if I remember right, the upgrade applies to both the normal version and the Fleet version...but that bonus boost isn't something that applies with the T-6 ones where you need to upgrade both the standard/store and the Fleet ones with separate tokens. I'd also point out that some of the times there have been discounts that make the straight upgrade purchases worth it in other ways

Also today I had a physical endeavor with this book endeavor physical damage endeavor and I try to use the whip And it didn't work so I ended up using the leks throwing knives and it did great damage even not upgrade against tholian well thru them like butter

How many times can you upgrade with this , I got one free from - (idk where) and the next upgrade needs two , but is that the last upgrade or does it need 3 for a third upgrade?

The UR Phoenix Token drop rate is now pretty decent so this is totally worth it. Before the change, I got more Epics than UR for some reason. 🙃

I would love to see the ultimate tech upgrades in the phoenix boxes at the events. Upgrading gear is an awfully tedious process rn.

I have a couple dozen of these lying around. Not enough to upgrade every ship I own, but every ship I regularly fly has the upgrade. I won't want for them any time soon.

You know, if Cryptic would also put the Elite Captain and BOFF tokens into the Phoenix pack event for a similar exchange rate, that could actually have a positive influence on the backed up Dil Exchange. I mean, what is their excuse not to really?

You didn’t mention that Gamma and TOS Recruits(from Recruitment Events) also get a free X-upgrade token for getting a reputation up to tier 6. It’s only one per recruit, the token is character-bound, and it takes about a month, but it’s still a free account upgrade for one of your ships per recruit, and it’s super easy to farm 4 or 5 recruits at once to get that many individual upgrades from T6 to T6X(being that we now have X-2, you won’t be able to do that for free just by recruits, but it *will* make it so you only need 2 tokens per ship instead of 3) I don’t think Delta or Klingon Recruits get them, but I could be mistaken on that.

Didn't Borticus say on the stream where they went over the Phoenix change that they wanted to make X-Upgrades harder to get because they felt they were giving them away too cheaply? There's no way they're more expensive now than they were before when they cost 1 old UR which was like 1/500.

for those of you who don't want to spend ANYTHING.....use all your spare character slots on Recruit characters (except Klingon)....take a month, finish up the T6 rep and you'll get your free T6X

In my experience fleet ship upgrades are not account wide, unless it's just a glitch on my account.

Yeah, you would buy the fleet ship on your alt like normal. If you upgraded the fleet one on one character, then the unlock would carry over to others that get that fleet ship.
