How did you come up with 60,000 and why dividing by 2

The 60,000 is in respect to time since a reverb is also a time-based effect. 60,000 milliseconds gives you 1 minute so the values you get are to the nearest milliseconds(for the pre-delay) and nearest seconds( for the decay) keep dividing by 2 or multiplying by 2 to get your desired value in respect to the tempo of the song.

I used this one as an insert but the best way to do it is to always use a send. That way you have total control over the reverb.. but in this case I already have the eq baked into the reverb so there is no need to use a send as I can achieve everything I need from an insert.. the only situation if need a send is if I wanna apply more effects to the reverb
