Joanna Luter thank you :) The more people can find they have in common and they more they share, you'll see increased communication, collaboration, conflict resolution and creativity. That all goes to increasing performance and the bottom line. You can build and incredible work environment (like Google) without spending a lot money. It comes down to the relationships and trust built.
