My curls are a bit more coarse, I have that nappy hair😂but my hair still comes out nice though. The only problem I have is trying to maintain your curls over night. My hair tends to get messed up even when I wear a scarf and then I have to do it all over again in the morning.

Here is a tip I have way longer hair (7-8 inches) and I use coconut oil too because it will make your hair hang a lot more, and also use a hair sponge because i know most people don’t have there hair matured like this so that’s how you mature it😁

Hey I’m 4c too so if you still haven’t found a way to make it curly here’s how I do mine: After detangling your hair in the shower, when you adding leave in conditioner add it in in a circular motion, then I add in a curl activator in a circular motion too. Since I have 4c hair when it curls up it’s tighter so it makes coils instead of the type of curls in the video. After that just add a styling gel in a circular motion. My hair is short so that’s how I do it. I’m still tryna figure out how to make it pop off after waking up in the morning tho.
