@@TayaFG CJ has removed all the type products that we were selling. Somehow they suddenly could not sell them anymore. We did not get any information about it in advance...be carefull dealing with them.

I enter my drop shipping orders by importing excel orders documents as the platform I sell on is not integrated in CJ. I bought some cards a few weeks ago for my products packaging but unfortunately I can’t use it as it have to be entered manually and I can’t enter sometime 100 orders manually per day so it will be helpful if you can find a way to include packaging on orders that are entered by import docs.

Towards the excel orders or the manully created orders, please connect the customized packaging with the product in "My CJ--Products--SKU list". So that when your upload the excel orders of some products to our system, the system can identify the customized packaging and there will be the customized packaging in these orders.

Our new rule about IOSS will come out soon. Basically it's if you have IOSS number, and we will provide tax collection and payment services, and will pre-collect VAT tax fees from you to IOSS. If you don't, then the recipient will responsible for the cost of VAT, which could lead to delays in customs clearance or customs clearance failed to return destroyed.

They dont add anything from they brand to the package. The whole idea is that you can make your own marketing materials that they will print for you and place in the package.
