It's mandatory to purchase custom packaging first then to use it. Cause custom packaging usually have an longer processing time then other products, general about 5 days plus. Long processing time can easily lead to high dispute rate. That' why we require to store packaging first then use it. Normally our custom packaging is stored in Jinhua warehouse, but I will suggest to store the custom packaging in the same warehouse for your products. We required stocked packaging first then you will be able to use packaging deduction to avoid the shipping delay.

I was reading that if you purchase private inventory, CJDropshipping will make your private inventory available to anyone after 2 weeks, and if you make an issue about it they will disconnect your store and you won't be able to use cj anymore, is that true?

That's totally nonsense. If you purchase private inventories, then these products will only belong to you, onone else can sell it or touch it. Our warehouses still got a lot of private inventory that sit here for years.

Unfortunately, you will need to pre order custom packaging first. And custom packaging takes more time to process, around 4-15 days. Our regular product takes around 2-5 days, in order to dispatch orders in time, we suggest to pre stock custom packaging.

Their products are good and the arrangement is good, but they have a big problem, which is the technical support only responds to you, what solves your problem. The biggest problem is that their application does not work to sync with the inventory in Shopify, woo commerce, and nothing else. This exposes you to losses because the customer buys a product and finds a product in CJ. There is no or has been removed, it is not useful to work with them And this is a problem that exists synchronizing inventory. I have lost a lot of customers. They buy from my store and find that in CJ there is no product that has been removed or the product is zero and in my store is still in the thousands.

For Shopify merchants, so far we're able to manage the private inventory level: please make sure the "Inventory Sync" in My CJ > Authorization is enabled. On Shopify: Click "Edit Variants > Inventory > Inventory managed by", and choose "CJdropshipping" as the inventory manager. Don't forget to tick "Track Quantity" and save 2. On CJ: Go to Products > Connection, select all the variants and click "Yes" for "CJ Fulfillment > Inventory Managed by CJ."
