Hey Trent, noticed something in the video at around the 20:10 range. I dont think the lock on your Brothers trailer is installed properly. Or someone has messed with it.

Yeah it should go all the way over the tongue. Not sure what the deal is. I'll have to ask him. It might be that won't open up wide enough - not sure.
