How to Get DeSmuMe DS Emulator

A great choice for a DS Emulator called DeSmuMe that I've used in the past, and I wanted to make one of my classic tutorials for it.

I figured out how to download it, but it won't open. It just pops up something from windows shop saying "how do you want to open this app?" because there's no zipped file.

this is a late response, but for those files you will need a extractor. I recommend downloading 7-zip to extract them.
