2 corrections: The tower is located north of Darkshore, not Ashenvale. And the last location where you do the ritual is at 89, 77 in Ashenvale. Sorry guys, was a bit tired when recording :D

Crazy that you need a raid team to get this, im at lvl 23 and thought i was high enough to get it and then come across this..

Same, but I'm level 24, and I thought I could rez close to the orb and then pick it up, but there is that named npc and warlock+voidwalker right by the table, the npc is level 31 and I think the warlock was level 29.

@@Elurin yeah I did everything and now have divine storm, tbh all you need to be is lvl 28ish and maybe have one person with you, you could probably do it alone, or you need some one who is around lvl 30 so basically this is a 2man quest line, same with the orcs and demons

I like it! Adding new quests to classic is kinda epic :D it’s cool instead of being handed everything straight away, I love the vanilla vibes of it.

@@KainRaRPG This has nothing to do with being handed. You need to kill things at LEAST 4 levels above you even if you're 25 which requires a raid basically to even START the long quest chain to get this rune. It isn't skill based. It's stupid.

​@@chipchippahson you are over exaggerating. Nobody said it was skill based idk where you pulled that out from. And it's vanilla dummy it isn't supposed to be easy. I started this quest as a 24 with a help of a 23 we cheesed the first part. By one pulling everything and the other looting taking turns. Killing the orcs was easy. But killing the demons was time consuming because of drop rate but doable. You only need one more pally with you.

So I did the ritual after getting 12 motes, but forgot to pick up the item that spawned. Found this out after running all the way to delgren with nothing to turn in. I’m a bloody fool

guess you can just corpse run all the way to the top with a paladin friend. Then one agros the mobs and use Divine shield and the other loots. Repeat

Got Divine Storm a level 1, (started at 1 and through the mobs xp alone and discovery, leveled up to 3) but still Divine Storm at level 1

BEFORE LEAVING STORMWIND WITH THE WARLOCK QUEST SET YOUR HEARTH TO SW. That way when you get the last salt, you can hearth out instead of fighting back through the caves, running all the way back to town, and flying back. Champions or Summoners will drop Salt, but the Summoners have less health and will drop 2x salts. Drop rate was pretty mixed for me, YMMV. Also, when lots of people are in the caves, respawns are nuts.

if you can get a group that carries you, you can start it at level 19 I believe.

how was it possible that i have seen a LEVEL 2!!!!! human paladin with divine storm and avengers shield WTF!? he actually duelled me in the humans starting area and i was confused as hell when he used divine storm and avengers shield

Not possible from all the exploring and discovering he would be higher lvl. Maybe some hacker that managed to unlock the runes.

Technically any, but you'll need a lot of help. Even at 25.

Bro there is nobody doing this now. You're fucked if you didn't get it on release, it's impossible to get the orb solo even at 25.

that is an issue with group runes, Blizzard said they will address it in the future... Best case now is get a couple people to pull for you so you can loot the orb, rest is doable by 2-3 people.

Same here searched for 2 days now nothing. Nice how locks get chaosbolt with level 4 and tank hogger solo but paladins have to sacrifice there nutsack again for having fun while being ret
