Those are some simple lead patches and I think that's another thing you nailed. Layer simple sounds to make more complex ones. If you layer already full sounds, you'll often just make a muddy mess unless you get super precise with the EQ and processing.

Interesting. Make sure that you route all channels properly. Then put the Fruity Filter and automate cut off knob.

Nope man, it doesn't effect anything on your sound. You only need sound card if you have reference monitors to plug them into.

Also can I have tips about using low pass filter in drop. Because I find that my low pass filtering effect on the leads makes sharp and lazer sound. I tried to change the q and slope setting of it. Unfortunately, it just doesn't solve the problem. It is gona be my life saver if you answer it.

@@OzgunOfficial I mean the low pass fx we usually put onto the lead fills of a drop. Like every 16 bar you put a fill on it, and sometimes you use low pass filter to filter the leads synth. While I was doing this, I found that I often make my leads sounds very harsh.

If you talking about tonal kick bass parts, you can send them separate channels and individual eq and volume balance.

Individual channel clipping is ok since we use 32 bit wave. It has extra headroom. But yea in the end you should not clip.

Do you personally recommend to layer a pure mono lead into a track. Since I find it sometimes causing weird phasing problem with the wide leads.

Try different mono layers. Phasing when adding mono layer is really rare.
