By far you have been my favorite coach to watch on my indoor rides and listen to, your content is gold, you manage to explain things clearly and in a interesting and funny manner. Thank you so much for your content I bought some of your workouts and I have seen already amazing improvement in ALL aspects, in just a matter of 1 month!!! Not only that , but I look forward riding my bike and enjoy it more because I understand the why behind each workout, THAT is priceless!! Greetings from Texas, from a triathlete female that cycling used to be her least strongest sport :) (not anymore)

Great Podcast. Very informative. Never realized just how detrimental not eating 5-6 meals can be. Plus the open 20 minute window. Thanks Coach!

Great video. Didn’t realise the impact of not eating after a workout. Will definitely be changing things going forward 👍.

More nuggets of wisdom from the coach, thank you. Especially the carbs within 20 minutes, I usually head straight for protein. Can anyone recommend a budget friendly watch to measure heart rate please? I use my garmin on the bike with strap so want a watch to wear all day/night.

Ride frequency, how much is too much, and what about when we just say shut up and train to our bodies when we feel tired.

Thanks for revisiting the nutrition and recovery. This one is my bane! 58 and haven't figured out when to stop eating. Lol! But I hope to put some of your tips to good use. Oh and oddly, I remember the EXACT moment I felt ridimg a bike for the first time. 5 years old on a friend's bike. (Mine was brand new and WAY too big. Lol!). Will mever forget that feeling!
