Our adventure kicks off with a smooth flight from Melbourne to Brisbane with QANTAS. But before we soar through the skies, we indulge in a delightful dinner and a few sneaky drinks at the QANTAS Club lounge. Trust me; it sets the perfect tone for the journey ahead!
Upon landing in Brisbane, we pick up our hire car and head straight to The Sofitel Hotel in Brisbane Central. The stay is nothing short of spectacular, with a breakfast spread that blew our minds - easily one of the best in any hotel chain across Australia!
Our drive to Ipswich leads us to the amazing Karen and Doug from St Kilda Australia, where the magic of kilt-making happens. Karen, one of the last few hand makers of kilts in Australia, welcomed us warmly, making the entire process an absolute joy. Prepare to be amazed by the craftsmanship and the warm hospitality!

You're like me... At breakfast buffet, i totally ignore the continental stuff. 😅😅😅 Good lordy... Its a lot of fabric! Lets hope there's no heatwave in Edinburgh! Good thing you have this video to get an idea how to put on that outfit again. You know , i actually much prefer the QFC at Brisbane compared the to business lounge. Cant wait to see the outfit!
