I have yet to get past the second round of the horizon arcade events. I don’t understand why the required score doesn’t scale based on how many players are present, or why they don’t match make players as we wait in the zone (just like those big group races in riders republic).

Its crazy that we have been asking for this since fh4 and they still haven’t scaled it to the player count. They somehow didn’t account that having a variety of different forzathon events at the same time would cause less players in each event. It’s frustrating to play a 10 minute event, complete 1 round, and only get 20 points. I just stopped playing them until they improve it.

I love doing the drift arcade alone and getting 20 points after failing in the second round 🙄 I think I've only had once or twice where there were enough other people to get all 60 points. I managed to get that Honda Civic but I hope that improves in this game because I used to love doing forzathon Live in fh4.

Plus I liked how in FH4, the Forzathon live was at the top of every hour, so it was more straightforward. It doesn't seem like the new Arcade things are at a specific time, but I might be wrong.

Managed to complete an Arcade for the first time after about ten solo or duo tries. Drifting with rwo other drivers. So don’t give up! Even in solo, you are gaining experience and improving. Players are catching on this is a MAJOR way to get your FP’s.

go through community tunes tagged with drift etc. and make sure your traction control and stability control are turned off in your difficulty settings as well ! i hope this helps! you wont master it right away its all about throttle control and keeping your angle and it just takes some practice thats all !!!

For me is a major miss, i´m always alone on the Arcade rounds, i can solo the first but impossible to do anything past it, myself i noticed some of the rarest cars have 15 FP behind a 30 skill points more or less.. yeah grind for those, the most common ones have 5 to 10 around 15 skill points to get (or even less on some cars), doing the weekly and daily has saving me some bank on FP, if the daily expedition is broke for you, go solo do it (it counted for me).

Hi Stevio, leaving aside the multiplayer problems, i think the Horizon Arcade events are surely empty since most of the players being new don't know the benefits of the Forzathon store, eventually that PGG begins to release súper rare cars that can't be acquired in the autoshow people will more interested in Arcade events!

The arcade events are a great way to earn Forza Points and you are correct, hardly anyone plays them. I play them quite often for the reason of building FP and am often alone in doing so. You can complete them by yourself usually without issue but there have been a few times when I was unable due to distance and high point totals that are very difficult to get on your own in the time allowed.

The Forza Arcade is very hit and miss for me. Either I am alone or there is a huge group. The best times for a good group seem to be 8pm onwards, UK time. I have limited play time so have to decide between trying an Arcade event or having fun racing.

Allegedly the Arcade isn't supposed to start if there aren't enough players in the circle. I've found that going into the "Looking For Group" posts on the Xbox and joining people that wanna play Arcade is a good method to finding people that wanna play

hm i just started pretty much and looking at that exclusive car in the forzathon shop... i want it, but im not sure if ill be able to get it it xD there sure is a lot to grind for. FP, playlist points, skill points, credits, etc. i hope everything in the shop will get reruns as well, because unlike mmos and gacha games i really dont want my racing games to be just a big daily/weekly checklist. I just bought the game and tried an Arcade match. But I had a regular destination at the same time so as I tried to go to the next Arcade stop the game kept telling me to make a U turn over and over. So I ended up following the blue line to the next stop instead of the red line to the next Arcade stop. They shouldn't let you have two destinations that counter each other.

Yeah I kinda gave up on the arcades as I always end up alone or with just me and another player. I've only managed to complete the 3 levels of arcade ONCE out of like 50 arcades. And yes, that was a drift one, so it seems that drift arcades are the easiest to do. I think that arcade was with me and two other players and we JUST got it in time.

Did they change the way the arcade plays? I have been doing the arcade for several months now a few times a day and when you play alone it is very easy to complete all 3 rounds. If there are multiple people the targets scale up appropriately and often someone quits which leaves me struggling to double my points to finish round 3. The bullseye is impossible if 1 of the 2 players doesn't participate as I run out of targets and still need about 6,000 points because player 2 dropped out.

What I don't understand about Arcade is why there is no Arcade specific convoy tag. I think this would fix a lot. I feel most people's negativity about Arcade is boils down to something like "No one ever does them with me. I can't do it alone. I've tried many times. Why bother trying anymore?", reducing the number of people who are trying even more. It's like a negative feedback loop. I think scaling the requirements of the event to the people actually doing it is probably not the way to go ultimately, but probably the best solution for only a single participant. But the goal should be to get more people to do them with you, not make it easier to do alone.

I found 6-7 people, we form a trusty convoy on evenings, problem solved. Bought everything in the current shop and already have over 2000 points. But it's still sad that we need to schedule this and be available at the same time slot every evening, and not being able to just pop in and out of Arcade as we wish -- for it to be successful. And yes, being able to 3-round all consecutive Arcades in 2 hours feels very rewarding, and the gameplay is also much more fun than Forzathon Live. If only there were players outside of the bespoke convoy...

This game is so bugged I'm so disappointed I actually paid good money for the premium pass. It doesn't seem any testing is even done on the daily/weekly task let alone the whole game. This week speed trap was bugged and take a photo at night and there was obviously all the issues last week. As for Arcade jeeez I'm normally the only one in it. A few people will be near me waiting for the start then they just disappear when it does start :(

Yeah 100% the reason I don't play horizon arcade is because of server connection. I can't tell you how many times I was 1-2min away from completing the 3rd round when I get disconnected. Sooooooooo frustrating
