Same i try soloed but is impossible you need a lot of people, i can do the 1st round on any event, but the 2nd and last are abysmal for solo, and for the "golden" part of the arcade you´ve to finish all 3 rounds (so it gets completed in the FPL), round 1 or 2 nope.

I joined 1 event and it was a drift event on a semi straight. It wanted about 3 mil drift points. I was solo. You can guess i didn't complete it lol

I think it’s awesome you’re putting this video out. I bought several Forza games but haven’t played them in a couple years. When I went through all of the menu options in this game I was extremely confused but I did say one thing. This is well worth the money. If you run out of things to do in this game I would be surprised. Definitely a game of the year contender and I’m not even a diehard race fan.

Okay this was a great video! I like that they don't force you anymore to do PvP. You can get enough point easily to get both cars without doing PvP. Well assuming they will fix the arcade. Because at the moment is unplayable. I tried the Horizon Arcade at least 15 times through different time of the day but I never had a single teammate. 1 thing i would like to see is the game ability to use both measure system. My country uses the metric system I don't know how far is 1500ft. It would be good to see these without the need to use a converter constantly on my phone.

@@bDz416 I think you might need to be online for some I'm pretty sure you can do some offline it's hard to say without playing 100% offline meaning no updates installed because if you had no updates installed in fh4 there was no playlist because it wasn't released yet at launch but there is in fh5 so my best guess is that yes you can do some offline but some involve playing with other players the really good cars usually involve some player vs player challenges

You should check if you have the Alpine and NSX, I’d like to know if it gave them to you anyway. Moving forward though, there is a playlist history, so you shouldn’t ever have the issue again

The menu is pretty overwhelming at first glance, but it's a huge improvement over FH4. Even the "daily" challenges being active for several days makes it feel like I don't have to rush and grind out everything quick so I don't miss out. I also like the variety of options for gaining points. The menu would be cleaned up a bit but I think it's a welcome change! Edit: Just watched the part about restrictions on the PR stunts... I am not a fan of that! I don't have too much time to play the game so buying and upgrading cars for each stunt will take a lot of time.

While I feel for you not having enough time, personally I like the restrictions. It encourages me to not just have one car made to max out each type of stunt. Having to get cars for each stunt makes it a new challenge each time instead of just fast travelling over and doing the stunt. Not being elitist here, I just think it is a fact that Forzathon takes a time commitment that not everyone can meet. I do wish you could go back through old ones, but they understandably want everyone trying to do the same challenges each week to keep players closer to each other.

It's really specific. If it says, for example 'S1 900 Retro Muscle' it will have to be exactly that, not 899 or 898 or whatever, it will need to have a rating of precisely 900.

And they are all different, it wouldn't be so bad if each season was a different requirement. For example if *_all_* winter challenges required an A 800 rally car for example. I wouldn't mind so much building for an exact requirement if I could use it in all of each seasons challenges.

I've gone ahead and re-completed 3 of them and the playlist will not acknowledge it. Any idea what could be happening there? Also, I'm not sure I fully understand Arcade. Ive done it a handful of times trying to complete the task in the playlist. So far, it pretty much just tells me to drift back and forth between two locations, and when time runs out, it says I failed.

One thing I actually like with this Festival Playlist in FH5 is that the Seasonal PR Stunts now has a car and class restriction to complete each one of them. As much as I like to use one particular car for one particular speed trap, there is over 500+ cars in this game. I don't want to use the Jesko on every Seasonal Speed Trap, I want variety. Something to get use to, but this is a "welcome" change for me and anyone else that wants a bit of a challenge in PR Stunts where a fast X Class car isn't going to get your reward. Another thing I like about the Playlist that I like is that there is additional things that can get you points in the playlists like Treasure Chests, Collectibles, even a featured EventLab as noted in two of the seasons in Series 1. And I am really happy that you get a bit of an idea of what the next series is going to feature via Coming Soon tab. Of course the biggest PLUS is that you don't need to worry about percentages, YOU GOT POINTS!!! Having it being Points Based with these season and series rewards is that you can roughly get a bit of an idea how much you need to get those rewards, also the events shows you the points. So if you do know your percentages and compare the total to each car reward, you will realise that the first and the second rewards are not really 50% and 80% respectfully. It can actually be like 30% and 60% or so. That is very neat. Festival Playlist FH5 > FH4

At 1st I felt like PR Stunts restrictions are super confusing. But once I hopped into them I understand them imidiately. The biggest problem was performance index restriction as I have been thinking it is maximum performance index for that stunt, but soon after trying staying below the given performance index and got confused why I'm not able to get it done. Then I tried to go over the performance index, but also staying in given performance class and it worked. Not sure if the daily challenges are broken or it is feature, but for some reason goals such as speed or target distance for danger sign are in imperial units although I do have the entire game set to metric units. So before I do the each daily I need to convert it to metric units to know the targeted goal.

Not a dumb question, I made this to help new players. Answer is no, the 4 seasons are part of the series, but once a new series comes around, the 4 seasons have new rewards and events, and therefore progress starts over

Now, say I miss out on an exclusive car (I assume these are the only missable cars, the rest are in the game and obtainable through other means?) - if I try to buy it in the auction house, I need to be lucky enough that it's up right? You can't pre-order a car? I played a bit of FH4 and I dropped it for another game, came back a year later, got overwhelmed by the myriad of menus and dropped it again. So now that FH5 is still relatively new I want to get a decent start on it but Ive obviously already missed some cars. And since its a racing game, I don't want every day to be a mental FOMO checklist, but play it when I want. EDIT: I'm sad the championships force you to drive against highly skilled drivatars. I'm still learning how to drive properly and I can't consistently get 1st place with Average yet. Only got 1st I think 8 out of 10 races ive done? Tried 2 championship races after buying a recommended audi for the current season and ended up 5th and 12th.... >.

So I completed a circuit, came in first all 3 races, in the specified vehicle, and didn't get credit for it at all.... Anyone else? So annoying, I would totally grind the seasonal challenges but not if it's gonna bug out and not give credit..

Appreciate this, I hate this system so much it's the opposite of engaging. I know most players just skip it because of how bad the UI/organization/explanation is. I might actually try one of these after owning the game forever now, lol

Auction house, or wait for it to be a prize in a future festival playlist, which is random and can be months

Do you have to win the championship ones ive done several of them with the right classes and car and still says not complete so have u gotta win or just take part?

You have to have the most points at the end of the championship. So you don’t have to win each race, but win by having most points after all 3

Yes you can, or you get the option to gift drop the car to another player!

@@bDz416 no, when you spin a wheel spin and you get a car you already have it gives you the option to take the duplicate, gift it to another player, or sell it for credits. I always sell my cheap useless duplicates and gift all the forza editions and expensive cars if I already have it.

@@stevio2175 it may be kicking your teammates. Many times I have had people all around me at the beginning only to end up by myself when the round actually started. A couple of times I had one or two people make it to the second round with me but they still disappeared before we could get very far. I think the lobby system is just broken, cars are always just disappearing around me like we all keep switching lobby.

This is just making me nope out of the game. Making me feel like I HAVE to play on a schedule or I'll miss these L@@K R@RE cars unless I play on /their/ terms, not mine, is not something I want to start down the road of. I know it'll make me anxious and not enjoy what I'm doing. Good job it was free, not like I had to spend money on it to know this. And I hadn't played any other FH before with seasons so I didn't really know what to expect. Well -- I do now. Thanks for the info :)

You’re welcome. So you know, there are tons of cars in the game you don’t have to do the playlist for - and all cars come back around eventually if you miss them. Plus, they can be at the auction house too. Don’t let it scare you away! Just have fun!
