3:42 I finally found that spider. It's in D-10 now. Go outside the Gates of X'chotl and walk towards the north along the cliffsides that haves the river below. It's actually closer to that Demonic Spider.

You can eat them and get additional feat points and be able to learn more recipies. I don't know if there is other uses for them on Siptah.

Apparently you can combine 5 to create a Tablet of Power. Used singularly, 1 fragment is 10 Feat points. Combine 5 and 1 Tablet is 60 Feat points. (On my server anyways). But I think you need the recipe to be able to craft the Tablet. That's what I'm currently looking for. :(

The esoteric Library is in the center tower. Similar to how it is in the Maproom on the Exiled Lands Map. The recipe you are wanting should be a random drop from there.
