department stores and restaurants usually open from 11am. other shops might open earlier. Tokyo in general, and Shinjuku is safe, very busy all the time. it's quite normal to go alone in Tokyo. common safety rules apply though. starting with Shinjuku south (bus terminal) and south east areas might be a good idea. if you get lost, don't be afraid to ask a local or a station/shop staff ^^

Thank you so much for watching!🙏 in my experience, no need to pre-book this bus at that time. just get a ticket upon your arrival and you're good to go. if you miss a bus you can use your ticket to catch the next bus, but you need to give a heads up to the staff at the bus stop so that they can arrange things. hope this helps..

From HANEDA Airport, you can take the monorail to Hamamatsucho Station, switch to the Yamanote line to Tokyo Station, then switch to the subway Marunouchi line to Ginza station. and then walk to your hotel. Or you can also take a taxi from Tokyo Station to your hotel.

You can just go to the bus ticket counter instead of the machine and they’ll give you the ticket for stops in Shibuya (so it stops at Shibuya Station, Shibuya Mark City, and a hotel that I forget the name of). It was super convenient and better than using the subway.
