I'm 43 and i haven't started using retinals because I'm EXTREMELY sensitive and kinda worried that it may be too strong for my skin. Start off with small concentration retinol serum (or face moisturizers that have retinol, ie Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 night cream), once a week, and work your way up. Give your skin time to get used to it and monitor how it reacts.

No Fragrance, Alcohol n Essential oils (NAFE) in skin care...bcz all these are skin sensitizer and thus on long run can damage your skin, especially if you belong to 'skin of color ' (NAFE SAFE for SOC)...thus Alcohol denatured, limonene n linalool ( both being added frangrance) can be potentially bad for your skin..idk about other ingredients you mentioned...I will take a U turn n run if a see these things in my skincare products.
