Hello brother. I joined TCS in June 2021 and stream is IT. I was selected in a project for the role of automation engineer. I was projected as an experienced candidate having 2 yrs of experience in that field in front of the clients. I haven't been provided with proper project specific training as there are nobody who can provide me the same. I was told to tell lies in client meetings for the work I haven't done. But recently, even the senior engineers refused to offer me any support on this and behaving rudely with me. I've been put into too much pressure and nobody in this project seem to be understanding my problems. I'm badly in need of getting a release from this project but I got to know that getting release in TCS is almost impossible. I requested my manager many times for a release but they're not at all agreeing for giving me release. Please advice me on what can be done in this case as this is affecting my mental health. Hoping for a reply from you.

Rmg se baat kr k dekho or supervisor ko bolo tumhe vasa project nhi chayia syd kuch help ho. Mostly rmg k hath mai hote h konsa project allot krna h konsa nhi so unhe hi convince kro

Sir mai tcs AWS business unit me select hua hun. Aur mujhe java stream assign hua hai usme. But mujhe python chahiye tha. To konsa stream accha hai java ya python. Aur mai java se python me stream kaise change kar sakta hun. Also kya mujhe ab cpa aur DCA java me hi dena hoga mere stream ki wajah se. Kyuki 30 Dec k cpa k IRC me mujhe java pattern k questions mile the. Please reply and help.

Ha ab cpa nd all exam mai java se related hi hoga. But for tslp you can choose Python. You can't change stream . try yo get project in Python. But chances are low . but still connect with supervisor
