My parents were passed away few years back and since then first time i found someone like you. I wish i could put my head on your lap "godi" and you just touch my head . Listening to you is very peaceful to me thank you so much for sharing your knowledge in such an easy way

My mum died when I was 6 years. I truly wish that you are my mother now. You make me feel blessed for what I have. You are very knowledgeable , kind ,caring and loving. I have struggled with sleep a lot and so I have watched and read a lot of sleep related content. Everybody more or less talks about the same sleep hygiene tips but I realised the actual problem is in the restless mind. Only now, after hearing Hansa ji, I feel calm and confident that sleep can happen with natural methods and that there is still hope :)

For Sound Sleep : Sing Haribol Haribol HariHariBol For Sound Sleep: One of the solutions is here: Try this Rasayan ( Divya invisible medicine) : Sing : Sing as convenient to you for a few minutes : preferably sitting comfortably or relaxing : Haribol Haribol HariHariBol (हरी बोल , हरी बोल , हरी हरी बोल ) : Say half an hour or 1 hour before going to bed !!! Avoid other Rasayans ( invisible medicines ) along with this !!! This should take care of your sleeping disturbances if any !!! हरी बोल हरी बोल हरी हरी बोल !!! Haribol Haribol HariHariBol !!! =======

1. Dinner at least 3 hour before going to bed 2. Comfortable cloth 3. Coffee, tea, chocolates etc should be taken at least 5 hour before going to sleep 4. 20-30 minutes give to yourself... For sleep..if then also getting difficulty then do pranayam. 5. No digital gadget should be used before sleeping 6. Shower before sleeping 7. reading something good before sleeping

Your mother is really good too. We all just can't seem to understand the things they are trying to tell us. I experience this...to be honest everyday, but when we actually think about why our parents scolded us, it all makes sense slowly.

I assume the people doing this dislike are trying to click the like through their tears of joy that they found the Visio they needed

I have listened to all your talks and well meant advice dear Hansaji .It’s so comforting and uplifting. I am 88 years old and have been battling with age related issues such as an over active bladder which keeps me awake at night and interferes with my sleep. I am taking Ayurvedic supplements and going for Acupuncture treatment . Mindfulness and Meditation are my daily practice and I am grateful for all the blessings received. Many thanks for all your helpful suggestions regarding yogic asanas deep breathing and exercises ! God Bless You 🙏

I exactly have the problem mentioned by you ; In the night , roll on the bed and in the office feel sleepy and thinking about nice sleep in the night ; Surprisingly when i go to bed , cycle goes on ; As a way out , I do cooking in the night listening to spirituality You Tube ; I have reconciled myself that i can not sleep beyond 6 hrs a day ; ( disturbed and not deep )

Before watching this video, my newest nighttime routine has consisted of: 1 hour before bed washing face and brushing teeth, rubbing hand lotion into my hands and giving myself a hand massage, giving myself a foot massage with foot cream, and taping my mouth during sleep (to avoid breathing out of my mouth during the night), and sleeping on my right side with my right hand supporting my head. I've found these remedies to be very helpful in the past couple months in ensuring that I sleep well and deeply. However, I now plan to add Dr. Yogendra's tips where I will write the 10 positive things that happened throughout my day and avoid using any screens 1 hour before bed.

Namaskar. I listened to yr conversation abt this topic. It was beautiful. If I sleep in the afternoon I don't get sleep on time. If I feel very tired or boring only I used to sleep in the afternoon. Whether these pranayam's can be done during midnight. I have tested reading books gives good sleep. Some more tips you have given I try this. Thanks.

As someone who struggled with the same, my advice is to inculcate a night self care routine or atleast walking under the sky looking at the stars calms our mind and body and puts us to sleep easily.

For Sound Sleep : Sing Haribol Haribol HariHariBol For Sound Sleep: One of the solutions is here: Try this Rasayan ( Divya invisible medicine) : Sing : Sing as convenient to you for a few minutes : preferably sitting comfortably or relaxing : Haribol Haribol HariHariBol (हरी बोल , हरी बोल , हरी हरी बोल ) : Say half an hour or 1 hour before going to bed !!! Avoid other Rasayans ( invisible medicines ) along with this !!! This should take care of your sleeping disturbances if any !!! हरी बोल हरी बोल हरी हरी बोल !!! Haribol Haribol HariHariBol !!! =======
