1. No fruits after meals. 2. No tea - do- 3. No water - do - 4. No bath - do- 5. No sleep - do - 100 steps after meals. Lie down on left side . 6. Wear loose clothes 7. Vajrasana after meals 8. Nishpandbhav close eyes and calm down 9. Shavasana after a small stroll. 10. No tv mobile phone 11 . Eat in silence 12. Food is god . Respect it. ✨Pray before Eating food. ✨ Happy eating and happy health. 💕

Dear Dr. Hansaji ! May Allah Subhanah bless you with peace and prosperity. Your videos are very much informative and useful. Our Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) advised not to drink water after meal. However, drinking water before meals is the best for health and fine if drink between the meals. It's good that you too don't allow drinking water soon after the meals. I wish good health for you. Best regards. From Pakistan.

Mam I have read that it doesn't matter if we drink water after eating food as our body just increase the production of digestive enzymes and HCl in proportion to water intake plus it only stays in body for 10 minutes while food takes 4 hours

@@vikalptyagi1932 so, like insulin, if we keep on eating sugar /carbs, there is a limit to which insulin can be secreted. Then one becomes insulting resistance, similarly you are saying HCL production in the stomache can pushed to its limit only to reach a tipping point is reached

And food contains water. How does the body go about digesting it? Should we then dry our food in order not to dilute the stomach acid? Of course not. All that is nonsense. If you know what the pH of stomach acid is you would know that you need to drink gallons before the pH is affected.

I've to drink water and lemon juice or I cannot even eat more than 3 TSP of food. so she is giving advice for general population not for all She is repeating what is written in hindu texts. But in Islam its 105 verses encouraging killing kafirs , forced slavery of women captives etc .......it shows true nature of these 2 religions

The study "Gastric emptying of a physiologic mixed solid-liquid meal," published in 1982 in Clinical Nuclear Medicine, found that ingesting liquids simultaneously did not affect the rate at which solids cleared from the stomach. And similarly, there are many studies on this. It's not applying to a reasonable amount of water. These problems might occur if you're taking an excessive amount of water, and most of the time people don't know what's acceptable amount is. So, they end up drinking too much, that's why it's good to either drink in control or avoid drinking.
