The sound glitching out because there are either too many cars spawned i think changing the max amount of voices in the game settings or something like that might help i never tried it though what I usually do is i try 25 at first i heard it then i switched to 20 spawning and it stopped cutting out

Majority of car mods I get are free. I get them off of the beam forums. The challenger I got was from there. You have to just search and read reviews because some mods are garbage.
