@@D4vd-M. Hi Boss, as far as I know, Versant is usually done before the final interview. If they passed the interviews but struggled with Versant, maybe we can look at reprofiling for a non-voice role or consider retraining, depending on the urgency.😊

if may exp. kana before sa bpo, for sure more on how you handle your customer before in your acct., depende den kasi sa company, mostyl kasi behavioral at situational, newbie lang den ako sa industry pero here i am start ko na sa training international acct., kaya mo yan boss mas may chance ka since may background kana

It's normal na kabahan especially if this will be your first time, but you know what part lang talaga ‘yan na kaya mo malagpasan. Gawin mo lang best mo at huwag masyadong mag-overthink. Saka ‘di mo naman kailangan maging perfect. 😊
