Great information the pack workouts are great. I’ve found at 60 y/0ld and living in flat land pulling a tire with a rope around your waist with your pack on gets your cardio in good shape for backcountry pack outs . I used to use a step with my pack with 80lb but found it hard on my knees so I do 10 inch step and lunges like you do in your video 👊🏻

Thats Awsome man. It is a little diffrent when you are hunting late season in the cold and snow with little sleep but you cant train to deal with the cold in the summer. I have also been training a lot and the long hikes with a pack is great for the endurance it takes for a long hunt for a large animal. Great Vid!

Cameron is an animal, and I know I will never be on that level hahaha! As far as food goes, it will be keto friendly stuff... I am doing a video at some point about backpacking/ hunting food so keep and eye out for that
