This is actually really good, my fps went up to 1000 in a survival world and in servers. In vanilla I had around 500 which is still great but 1000 fps is cooler :)

@@Plexxivfx_yt 500 fps can be achieved with a mid-ranged pc, a desktop 3060 could probably run at that. my 4060laptop gpu ran mc with normal settings at 800+ fps so a $600-$1000 pc/laptop doesn't have to be a nasa pc

My laptop is really old. It got 20-60 fps before with lag spikes. With this modpack, the fps did not really get better BUT it got 50 fps with 0 lag spikes. Pretty cool

This really does work well for anyone wondering, im running complimentary shaders which are quite demanding so at some points i was stuttering and dropping to like 70-80 fps now im smooth at my usual like 150-165. Thanks for the great video man!

Linux is insane for minecraft. Back on windows with this same pc I never had more than 60 fps. Now I just allocated 10gb out of 16gb and almost always get over 200fps without mods installed yet. I totally forgot about allocating memory on minecraft since I switched xD

Try hitting the mods button in the main menu, find Enhanced Block Entities, hit configure, and disable enhanced chests.

Alright, as a Mac user with one from all the way back in 2015, this ran really well. The mods are great, and it gave me the sense I was playing Minecraft for the first time again. It's really weird but soooo good. Even though my frames only go up to 60 or so with 10 render distance, and other apps running in the back, it's all I really need. Thanks for making this.

HOLY SHIT BRO I went from 10-70 fps to an average of over 100! like holy moly even with shaders it's about 30 fps which is bad but manageable and like holy moly bro I can't be more happier about this. My game literally crashed when playing Minecraft with no shaders and it was annoying and now I can play with shaders at a decent but bad fps or play Minecraft normally with 100+ fps!!!! Thank you sooooo much bro, this really helped me because I was about to quit Minecraft but this made me not quit. Thank you so much again bro :)

Thats ironic. The first option in the modpack page is also an optimisation modpack. Edit: Oh God RO boosts fps by alot. It is now an essential modpack for every instance i make.

The reason some people aren't having as much luck as others is because this mod pack no longer contains sodium or some of the others listed

Delete the old mods on the mods folder everytime you do this(assuming you personally did not add any other mods that is not in the pack).So if you installed a previous version of the mods it will pile up on mods folder and might crash it if you installed newer ones since copy and pasting the new updated mods every version change do not automatically delete the older ones.

Bro its very good modpack.But I have a suggestion,the suggestion is to make the modpack in the version 1.8.9.I'm saying this bcz I'm a bedwars player and many low-end pc bedwars players will need to have some performance mods like modern versions.

I have no idea why my Sodium doesn't give me higher fps than my Optifine. I play with a low end pc and i using shaders with my render distance is just only 8 chunks. With Optifine i can get 20-30 fps with lag spikes. But with Sodium it just 2/3 of it, also more lag spikes. I've already installed those all performance mods like C2M, lithium, Ferritecore, ImmediatelyFast, Distance Horizons, Entity Culling, More Culling, Enchanced block entities, Modern fix, Dynamic fps, for my Sodium, also i set up it to the fastest setting but that what i got. I installed Iris shaders, Sodium extra, Zoomify, Continuity, Entity Texture & model, so it can have the Optifine features. Optifine have more options for video settings, like anti-alias, render quality, shadow quality, and more settings, and i set up it to the fastest setting too, and that's the highest fps i can get. I've did settings experiments for my Optifine, but with Sodium i can't do more settings as Optifine had. But, i still wondering, why?. I've realy trusted that Sodium will give me higher fps. Or maybe my Optifine settings is just too good?. Any solutions?

maxed out fps is really only a flex. you can only see the fps up to your refresh rate (ex. 60) so anything above that is just unused cpu and gpu usage

yeah but if you have a high refresh rate but low fps you would want to make the fps match refresh rate, also increasing the refresh rate even higher than the limit in windows settings is possible
