There are many talent agencies that represent anime voice actors, so it's important to do your research and find one that's a good fit for you. Look for agencies that have a good track record of success and that represent actors who are similar to you in terms of voice type and experience. Check the fine print of any contract before you sign - will you be exclusive to that agent? Does the agency want a cut of the work you get yourself? What commission rate do they charge? Make sure you DO NOT pay any money upfront.
