In my experience, this works like magic! Podcasting has been a game-changer for me. I've been on 10 podcasts in the past year, and it's significantly expanded my reach. Starting with accepting invitation to smaller channels and building relationships has been key. Now getting invited to audience much larger than mine Thanks for sharing these valuable insights! P.S. Daniel, your older podcasts and 2019 articles on Forbes pack the same massive value! Just getting more mainstream discovery now. Love it

Love your wisdom on any aspect of business! I started my own podcast 18 months ago after being a guest on several other niche podcasts. I’m now making my way up the pyramid! I love the comparison to Wimbledon’s centre court. With my own podcast it’s great to see the engaged loyal listeners become customers. It’s such a wonderful medium to build up trust!

Thank you, Dan, for yet more hugely valuable information! I did your Startup Accelerator a few years ago and it was a complete game-changer for my business - or rather, for my 'Mindset' becasue that was what needed changing! I'll be forever grateful to the support you give to entrepreneurs. So yes, podcasts, here I come!

What you've shared are the basics but very helpful in making a dent in the universe. In many instances we're caught in trying to do the spectacular which never gets us off the ground.

Where can I source aggregated data on listening figures to understand which pod fits on which rung of the pyramid?

Okay, but you forgot the most important step: Awkwardly DM-ing every podcast host until they cave

It doesn't take much effort to get on smaller podcasts, it grows from there.

Please please please remove the high-pingy sound you use as transitions sometimes. I find it suuuper annoying. Sorry, just makes wanna not watch anymore (and I REALLY want to keep watching).

Just some kind-hearted feedback: the music in this video is not one I would recommend for a future video 😅 I cannot concentrate to what Daniel is saying 😂
