She said she worked with swift profile to help her get an hands on experience and certificate. I went to their website and they have different packages but I found the: IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CHANGE £715 (it helps you break into tech). It looks like they teach and give you a project to manage so you get a hands-on experience. I believe it would help in boosting people's skills, knowledge and confidence. I hope that helps.
