how to get kills with HIGH PING in ranked

I f you actually want to have fun on high ping
step 1: turn off your ping counter it distracts you and dictates when you take a fight dont let it. TURN that bitch off
step 2: dont care if you get killed or not at the end of the day its a game and they have not 120 ping with packet loss
step 3: if all else fails just play a different game for me the only game i get high ping on is apex for some reason it just does not like my internet. recently I've been playing through Elden ring its fun doesn't take internet and is replay able so many times in so many different ways.
to prove it i have over 600 hours in that game and have beaten it well over 50 times
