I’m one of those that watch and disappear with no like or comment. First year in business and already pushing 700k brand new trucks, brand new equipment. No break downs with new equipment no headaches no stress just straight to getting the job done. F the haters. Debt is growth and if you’re not willing to get into debt for your business you’ll never grow and will stay small. Thanks T for everything you preach. Whats your profit? My company owns all these used trucks and equipment, i had 3 break downs on the equipment over 8 years. all paid in cash, cash flow is nice. No debt My 3rd business right now I am building 2 homes here in california all in cash no banks. My oldest truck is 2015, my newest excavator is 2022 paid in cash too. I understand the need for loans etc., just be smart

The credit advise is great for ESTABLISHED companies. Please do not go and finance a $40k truck and $15k trailer setup if you are just starting out and have not created a steady costumer base or name for yourself in your area.

This title is VERY misleading. This video is MORE about bragging and showing off his big jobs and big equipment. Clients know our line of work and understand what the work involves. If we come and do an estimate at the end of the work day, and we have some dirt on shirt and pants, they can give 2 zero f@%$. I've won MANY, if not all my jobs with my work clothes on after a long 8 hour day. Yes, I've been pretty dirty and smelly many times. If nothing, the dirtyness shows you're a hard worker and you do what you say. Keep grinding fellas! Stop listening to guys like this who are out to sell "Join my community" plan 😂😂😂

A great worker will work just as good at 15 as he will at 35. The thing is he won’t stay long before he works his way up in pay. A shitty worker will work just as shitty at 15 as he will at 35. It’s just paying that guy that does great when he does good you have to give him more. Paying someone 35 doesn’t mean he’s great. I’ve seen plenty of high paying workers shit. I’ve seen plenty of low paid guys work really good. Like I said to keep that guy you have to give the money.
