Falling Sun is not that bad to get if you cheese the game, just takes a lot of time to travel. Simply go to Cat-Lon with a somewhat sneaky character that is strong, save-reload during his rant to cancel his rant and prevent him from attacking (unless your assassination is already high enough to knock him out, then just run behind him and pop his ass) then spam assassinate on him till he falls over. This will also raise your assassination to around 80 if you start with 0-1, so I highly recommend taking a character that's already good on stealth but needs assassination training. If you have Recruit Prisoners installed, either set up a small base with some cages nearby or run his ass all the way home without losing him. Take a strong and fast character. You can return later to get Jang, HoA and Rhinobot as well as their weapons. I definitely don't recommend soloing them even with cheese, since they have so many stormthralls nearby. Also, if you have to import (or want to import) for any reason, Cat-Lon will be back as he isn't considered dead if you recruit him, so go ahead and take another Meitou falling sun while you're down there. Also, you can recruit him again to get an army of roided up skele-chads.

I usually start with the ninja tower for the ninja blade. An excellent 2nd weapon and good for early dex training. Or red sabres. Heavy polearm is a bit harder, but sooo good :) trick is with fire immunity you have no issue, because the bots just throw you out if you fall.
