I thought I was born with 2 left feet despite always feeling the urge to dance to music. Realised that I was just too worried about what other people think to express myself. 46 year old male, midlife crisis? No, I finally realised that I could dance this whole time, but was too self conscious to try. LOVE YOUR TUTORIALS, feeling Alive again. LOVE from TASMANIA. 💗

I like being in the comfort of my own home where I can learn to dance without the embarrassment of doing so in front of other people! Lol! Your videos make it possible for people like me to learn how with simple, easy steps.... " Unfortunately, some of us were born with 2 left feet! Lol! Looking forward to your next video.... Wow I didn't know that ab and back muscles are so important for this movement! Your detailed explanation at the start of the video was so helpful! I tried to remember this and use those muscle as you've said and it kinda worked! :) (though I still need a lot of practice, especially for this one 😅😊👍)

I'm a head in the clouds kind of person, not very grounded. I have naturally poor kinaesthetic intelligence and not really in touch with the my body or muscles. But I've always been interested in being active and know it's amazing for my physical, mental and emotional health. Still, being a beginner dancer is difficult. I am quite stiff and tense during dance classes I've been attending. I was wondering what it is that I can do at home regularly that can help me with my dance skills. The reason I go to dance classes is because dancing isn't practical at home, living with family. This video has taught me that regularly isolation exercise is working my muscles in a different way to regular yoga or gym work does and that's really interesting. Thank you so much for posting these videos. I will be doing these isolation exercises daily to speed up my progress in dancing.

@@dobozidaniela5700 just brings your chest forward kinda like your pinching your back, do that throughout the day. It's really difficult at first, but push through and slowly your brain will wire itself to subconsciously do it. That's what did it for me, I use to have really bad posture, and if you need to you can also focus on stretching your rotator cuffs and doing back workouts, hope this helps.
