Thanks for your guide. It was a little bit longer and tricky (because Eini went missing for a unknown reason), and after reloading my last inn save (which was a little bit ealier), she respawned again and Trysha just exploded as intended. Got all final skills for both vocations ! Thanks again

For Towering Earth, I don’t know what I did but I got it from him when I met him the first time. After I told him the hidden library at the slum and he has started following us to get out from the gaol, I spoke to him before we got out from the gaol, he gave me the grimoire right away.

@kleingreenlee7006 I ended up giving the dad the turquoise ring and sleeping a few times near the house at the camp site and I got it finally. If you go back to the forgery guy at checkpoint rest town you can buy the ring back for 45k gold

It's worth the effort. My main pawn is a mage and I never have to worry about any healing potions or stamina boosting potions anymore. Look up ZOMBIE if you need a good mage

I gave myrddin 4 real books and gave 3 real books to trysha, you can do both quests in the same run and no forgery needed

Do you have to be a sorcerer for this quest or you can be any vocation and get it done?

Any vocation can deliver the books and get the master skills, however for obvious reasons for you to learn the master skills switch to mage and socerer to get it done (your pawn also learn those).

I didn't even think to try that. 🤔 you should switch to sorcerer just to be safe, and you dont need to be max vocation in sorc or mage to receive the spells. I was rank 5 sorc and 4 mage when I got them in the vid. 👍

no, just wear fancy when visiting myrddin unless you want to learn the spells

I don't remember if you mentioned this but im in ng + if you get trysha spell first myrion? Her father wont give you maelstrom. Then you got to go on another quest by presenting the ring she gives you and then talk to grandma again only after that will he give you the spell. So get maelstrom first unless you want to see extra dialogue.

Sheeew I was nervous it wasn’t gonna work so far I only gave the books (fake ones) to Myrddin and I got the scroll and I’m a level 48 so shouldn’t matter if your a high level. I did it before I faced gigantus tho at least on my save file and not my inn rest. Had to defeat gigantus and then go back to my inn save so I could just get the achievement at least anyways thank! Gonna try Trisha now.

10:24 I DO NOT recommend killing her. I didn’t have the option to revive her, and my quest failed. I had to reload my save from an inn, a good 45 minutes wasted. Ugh, this game is a buggy mess. She wasn’t in the morgue, btw.

@@TrackstarOP sorry just realised I added an extra "two" and an extra "can" in that question. I was a little distracted. Yea I had never come across Trysha (following the story I was never sent that direction) so I gave the 2 originals i had in my inventory too myrrdyn, I will give Trysha the other 3 originals (but yea they're a different 3 than the ones you gave) and I'll give myrrdyn 3 copies of them and hope hopefully that works for both quests. Thanks.

think i can help with this if people aren't getting the mage Meister skill. You need to raise your affinity with all 3 of the family members. if you get the meteors then you have enough affinity for the daughter. you need both affinity with the dad AND mother. how you raise their affinity is to give them gifts. the gifts they like is in the history tab and npc log book. the parents like expensive or legendary items. for example i gave the dad an allheal and the mother gave me the mage Meister skill. hope this helps

Really!? damn.🤔Thats so odd that people arent getting the spells with these quests. I'm not really sure why that is happening. I had no issues on it with my new save and old save file when I was making the video. It could be a rare bug. what level were you when you completed it? i'm wondering if advancing too far into the main quest has something to do with it bugging out. not sure though. 🤔

Hey for the celestial paean that old women will not give me it n she's as red cheeks like what I'm a doing wrong n I already done the little girls quest to so I been stuck trying to get that spell but she's like nope can't have it n it's annoying

Damn that sucks. 🤔 If it was me, I would try multiple things like talk to her inside the house, outside the house, try resting and go to her during the day, night. Maybe hang around in the room with Eini to see if it might possibly trigger. That is odd that she is not giving you Celestial Paean after helping Trysha. Could possibly be a rare bug, but I'm not sure. Let me know if you figure it out though, if not, no worries. 👍

I also get this bug go camp on somewhere part of the maps (far away from her and after 2/3 days talk to granny, in my case it solved that way).

Unlucky, try checking the morgue in vernworth. Most dead bodies will disappear and get moved to the morgue after awhile, if she isnt there, then that might be a rip.
