Terron is taller and naturally has a bigger frame than the other guy which makes him appear bigger. But the olympia guy has alot more muscle mass and looks alot fuller than terron. The guys shoulders are literally twice the size of terrons.

JD Repz this shows that strength is not correlated to size, id rather be mobile, bench 315, clean 350lbs and be athletic than look like a muscle balloon. You can just tell by look at the olympia guy that he isnt natural, he's just too big and full for how Lean he is. He just doesnt look right. Terron looks better imo, he just looks very built and has a good shape. He doesn't have any body parts that look too big either.

dr0wsy if your goal is strictly sports performance then id reccomend a 5/3/1 program for your squat, Deadlift, bench, and overhead press each day a week will be for one specific movement. After each day, you could add on accessories like power cleans, push presses, or snatches. Then after you do one of the movements on that day (for example you do 5/3/1 rep scheme for squats then do some heavy singles on powercleans) you can perform some bodybuilding accessories like RDL's for legs or incline bench for upper body, so you get the best of both worlds, strength training and bodybuilding. After each workout you can do some sprints and pylometrics like box jumps and etc. On the other 3 days you should rest and do ALOT of mobility stretches. Like I'm talking about doing 8-10 sessions a day where you stretch for 10 minutes. I hope this helps you

Even though you're obviously most likely trolling. You don't need test to get big arms , just do lifting based on frequency and a lot of pyramid/drop sets... Frequency is to spark protein synthesis is what grows muscles coupled with a diet. This is why you can grow a lot by going to gym twice a day with only a 1 hour workout routine. You're not killing yourself necessarily in those trips, but you're doing enough to spark protein synthesis.

Mega Deuce Taking a cycle doesn't mean that you will automatically get "big arms". You first have to define what you want. Plus you have to take genetics into account because peds aren't the end all be all. Diet and training must be in place along with them.

Yea, sometimes genetics too play a role in that, naturally he has good front delt inserts that fill out easily compared to rear delt , will make your chest / back and upper back shoulders look tiny compared to them.
