Awesome video! From a South African, this is such a refreshing take on the topic from someone who has lived both sports. I played rugby most of my life (now 54) and I fondly remember the comradery and the drinks with the opposition after the game, despite the bloody warfare on the field.😀 "Young Age" are key words there! True, America has incredible athletes but in countries like South Africa and New Zealand, rugby is in our blood. I started playing barefoot rugby at the age of 7/8 perhaps younger. Rugby is part of our DNA! Subbed. I usually watch other content but will look for more rugby videos from you.

How is it weighed, 200 per hand or 200 in total . Genuinely curious
@irondisciple298417 күн бұрын
The number of the weight of a dumbbell indicates the weight of each dumbbell. So 200lbs each arm totaling to 400lbs pressing.
@KingBeelz17 күн бұрын
It literally says 200 on each dumbbell. #5,097

@ thanks a lot bro but damn How can one man have such power☠️
@irondisciple298416 күн бұрын
@@grimBrains some people are genetically stronger than others, and once they reach or are close to their natural genetic strength/size they hop on steroids to increase their potential unnaturally. Naturally benching 300+lbs is attainable just need years of consistent training for strength progression in the lower rep range. Same for a 400-500 squat and 500-600 deadlift. Even high schoolers that train young in powerlifting can attain these numbers. Depending on bodyweight. It's all about training, discipline, dedication, and desire. It's a passion and lifestyle you must desire/crave it to succeed.

@hyeboi17 күн бұрын
In what world would you ever need to fully lock out a dumbbell press? It takes tension off the lift lol
@ArticleReaderRandy17 күн бұрын
to get the full range of motion on the triceps. try holding dumbells with arms locked and tell me there's no tension bro. your pecs and triceps are quite literally fully flexed holding out a locked out Dumbell
@hyeboi17 күн бұрын
@@ArticleReaderRandy you think you're doing dumb bell press' for optimal tricep results? Lmao you are delusional, there's no need for a full lock out whatsoever for optimal pec results. Ridiculous
@heyyoo3817 күн бұрын
I get what your saying. Bringing it all the way down and going up is the hardest part of the lift. With that weight its crazy for anyone on dumbbells. Im 190 and I can only get about 7 reps with 110 pounders. He is probably 225 max.
@ArticleReaderRandy17 күн бұрын
@Scytale321 yes dumbbell bench works triceps. idk what you mean by "need" but full lockout helps development yes

It’s not ?! I can hit it no problem, ego lifting means you do everything you can including bad form just to get a rep in…. Understand what ego lifting is .. Just because a weight is heavy doesn’t mean it’s ego lifting

@TerronBeckham one rep max lifts have no benefit AT ALL expect to show off and ego lift... lighter weight, more reps is beneficial... THIS, is BS

@@Believer3_ not every workout has to be for maximum hypertrophy. People have different goals and if his goal is for feats of strength then that’s what he should do, have you seriously never hit a bench pr or anything like that, it’s part of what makes lifting fun
