If you still have issues using web based version of Office please enable this setting: just go to top right corner of Samsung internet browser , select three lines , select settings, select webpage view and scrolling, and enable the REQUEST DESKTOP SITE OPTION, just enable it.

The issue is the S7, S8 and iPad Pro cannot use tablet versions of Word because the screen is larger than 10.1 inches.
