This doesn't mean you will get in big trouble it just means your account will be suspended. So to Keep them from finding out that you are using this method try to space out the times your using it every now and then. That's why you should use it for one day and then grind normally for two days just to be safe so they don't suspend your account and you can't grind for another 14 days or more. You can also just do the same but instead of waiting two days you wait one and use it but that's up to you and it can be a bit more risky.
