LPT: heat up a bowl/cup of water in the microwave (long enough for the moisture to soften everything) before you need to clean it, saves you from a lot of scrubbing.

I haven't paid attention actually but I don't notice wet spots on my food so I think so. I also realized I don't need much so I don't put much water
