Thank you so much for making this video :D It really helped me out but I still have issues with it. I downloaded some hairstyles and a body mod, at first the hairstyles worked but after I downloaded more hairstyles and clothes I have an issue with the hairstyles that worked before it doesn't show the hair completly :( The body mod worked but I had to delete it because some clothing was bugged. I will try it with the Dalamud and it would be so nice if you help me with the body mod :) And btw your character looks so cool :D and sorry for my bad english :D

Do I need Dalamudcrashhandler? I see it running in Task Manager and I don't see any use for it other than clogging my XIVlauncher folder with useless txt files. I have not had a game crash since moving onto a Xeon workstation class desktop with a GTX 1080 and 32 gb of quad channel memory. I'm using Penumbra and LOTS of mods and dalamud plugins.

Same! There's mods that needs textools so yeah but there are mods that don't need textools and uses Penumbra instead. And then there are mods that can be used with both. It depends on the creator.

I been haivng some issues with a couple of mods ill download some and then it wont show up when i try to import the icon is just a page when it downloads and not as the ff14 icon is there something i am missing or not doing right and also when i use the gear mods for clothes my character appears completely transparent ironically weapons work just find, any advice would be helpfull and greatly appreciate it ^^ ♥and also appreciate the video it was too helpful

Nah, just don't openly talk about using them and you will be fine! Friends are okay as long as they are crime friendly. Try to use the word 'Mods' as little as possible lol We call it Crimes or MoonMagic ^_^

Hi, I'm running into a problem where i can mod my females alt but none of my male alts. Since you're using a Bunboi for your example I was hoping to get help from your video but nothing works. I use Bibo+ for my mods and am what bod mods you use for your males unless there's a way to get Bibo to work for males too. Ty!

Have you linked them through Mare? With each Alt you have to register them in /mare!

It might be either there's some conflict that's preventing the necessary mod for the glamour to show or you are missing the mod necessary for the glamour to show.

I tried downloading a file from xivmodarchive, however it shows up as a 7Z instead of TTMP2. Anyway I can change and or work with this? New to this so not quite sure how everything works yet.

If you have Mare, everyone can see all of your mods including the dances. But, they have to have your mare code or linkshell

penumbra isnt textools. penumbra is thru dalamud. highly recommend that over textools as textools will constantly give you dx11 errors. every day.
