First of all, I don't mean to be disrespectful. But this is my opinion 1.Prefetch Folder What Is the Prefetch Folder? The Prefetch folder is a subfolder of the Windows system folder. Each time you start your computer, Windows keeps track of how it boots up and which programs you commonly open. Windows saves this information as small files in the prefetch folder. The next time you turn on your computer, Windows refers to these files to help speed up the startup process. you should not delete the Prefetch folder or its contents. The prefetch folder is self-maintaining, and there’s no need to manually empty it. If you delete the folder, Windows and your programs will take longer to open the next time you start your computer. Deleting the Prefetch folder will slow down your system’s performance overall. 2.Game Mode Game Mode Does really increase your FPS and Game Performance, But it does increase alots input lag so I won't really turn it on. 3.Advanced Graphics Settings. This Setting Change Ur Current Laptop to use the Separate GPU instead the iGPU, But if you using PC. Its kinda useless. This is only my opinion, But others tips in your video helps out a tons! Just watchout those settings I said above. And one more time, I don't mean to be disrespectful.❤

if u unlocked your fps and it doesnt make a diference but it feels smoother its because u prob have a 60hz monitor what makes u see only 60 frames, but if on roblox u have lets say a 120 u see 60 but it does feel better than 60 fps on 60hz

It's 100% safe. I do this every time I boot up my computer. 1 %Temp% 2. Temp (which was showcased in the video) 3. prefetch You can run this in run, delete all the files, it's just garbage that your computer puts in there that it no longer needs. Search it up if you don't trust me still.

With the power plan, just search up edit power plan in windows search bar and you will get the menu that he has.

DONT TURN OFF HIGH PRECISION EVENT TIMER. It wont help your fps when you turn it off the fps displayed now isn't accurate anymore and a bunch of other information your computer gives wont be acurate anymore and can lead to further problems.
