Your comments about old time taekwondo being "let's DESTROY the opponent with our kicks" is exactly how I remember it back in the late 70s when I was training.

If you do a simple roundhouse tutorial, thats would be awesome. The foot pivot, the hip turn and also keeping your guard high while kicking. I always have trouble keeping my guard high because i drop my arms when i kick, need the momentum. That would awesome thanks. Also if you put some background music it would make the video more engaging.

I can definitely make a more in depth video on that. But to help you with keeping your guard up, and improving momentum, practice kicking the bag with your lead leg in front. It's not going to feel like your doing much, but over time you will develop power. I'll be making a tutorial soon on lead leg kicks that in my experience help quite a bit.
