If you want to cook the egg whites completely, once the eggs set just add a bit of water and cover with a lid. It steams the egg whites. Sometimes just covering with a lid also works.

Hi Aryan bhai, bro i have been training for 5-6 months now but i have always skipped leg days. But when i train legs, i get demotivated because of not able to squats of course because of my weak leg strength . How should i start please guide ! Ur expecting too much bro accept the fact that u have weak legs RIGHT NOW but u can improve them. If u cant even squat 5kg each side then start with epmty bar if not empty bar then bodywight everyone can do just do 4-5 exercises for legs twice a weak and progressively overloaded ull see the change

Let me tell you guys a thing from my experience. You can't get vascular if you already aren't. I have tried l argenine,low body fat, etc but even then my veins are definitely there but they are alot smaller to be proud of.

First learn what bcaa and creatine is , the way you used it in your sentence kinda points to the fact that you believe both are "protein supplements" , if you're protein intake is on point you don't need bcaa ( amino acids) , creatine is a completely different thing . Your body naturally produces creatine but it isn't on the required level , so you supplement creatine , creatine or more specifically creatine monohydrate is one among the most researched supplements of all time
