QOTD: What is one of your GOALS for 2018 on KZbin? Let me know! 👇👇👇👇
@nomads97397 жыл бұрын
I dont care about views or subs, so my goals aren't that. My goal is to be able to relentlessly pursue my passion for filming, editing, and travel, and to save up the money so I can make the best content I can in Southeast Asia next summer. Always be patient, respect the process, and to never stop working towards what I think my potential is
@MilitaryCombatNetwork7 жыл бұрын
Think Media what’s a good rate of subscriber growth? I started like two weeks ago. Have made two video and only managed 47 subscribers. I make informational British Army videos at the minute but thinking about a weekly vlog on the same channel also. I advertised my channel on British Army jobs on Facebook and Instagram but find it really a slow grind any tips?

"KZbin is a marathon not a sprint" was the highlight for me, I know you've mentioned it in other videos and it's really a motivational factor for me.
@VihanDamaris7 жыл бұрын
Loved what you said about not trying to be the next Casey Neistat etc. but the next US. My goal this year is to narrow down more on the content that helps my audience, increase quality and above all settle into the attitude of a marathon runner! I love this platform and grateful for people like you who remind us what it's all about.

Love the reminder that KZbin is a marathon not a sprint. It's so easy to compare yourself to others, but I am slow and steadily growing and need to remember it is happening, just slowly.
@SuperEnthused7 жыл бұрын
The more of us out there being our authentic self, rather than trying to put on a persona of what we think people want, the better. That's what makes this platform special, the potential for authentic stories, personalities, that sparkle that comes from being REAL!! Hopefully we will see more authenticity this year! Everyone has a unique story to tell.

This is probably the most legitimate video I have ever seen about growing a youtube channel. Most videos I've seen are just the plain old "consistency", "collaborations", and just general stuff that everyone already knows. Everything that was talked about in this video is true!!

Sean just always provides so much value to all of us creators. I've changed my mindset so much in the passed year. Patience and hard work is the most dangerous and beautiful combination. I want to create and edit and travel as a job. It's going to take time but each day is one step closer in this marathon. Even one view is better than 0. 100 better than 50, etc. Each day putting in the work and being patient with the process will lead to results eventually. Let's get some in 2018!

Hi, I know this is an old video, but I just came across it and it really resonated, so if you're still reading comments, I just wanted to say thank you! A month ago, I got caught up in goal setting and I challenged myself to post 30 videos in 30 days to start my presence on KZbin, and needless to say, it's certainly been a challenge! Tomorrow is my day 30, and it sure is a humbling experience to come back each day with a positive attitude when you are first starting out and have a very small channel. I'm pretty sure I'm still on mile 1 of 26, but I'm grateful to have come across this video, so thank you.

As a viewer on KZbin I think your own personality and "spin" on something really can add to your videos and make them more unique and interesting, sure being informative, articulate, and professional in your presentation and work is important but your "spin" and take on something will show you why "us" the viewer should care about whatever it is you're doing from say someone doing something similar in the same field. KZbin is a hobby for me, I'm not great at editing but I really enjoy making videos and am trying to improve and even though I'm not a major tech geek I love your videos Think Media they really inspire people and the level of quality of your content shows so much it's just impressive.

Any time I have questions relating to helping with KZbin I always turn to your videos and I'm always grateful for the awesome help. I'm currently in the planning stages of a new channel and thanks to your videos I think it'll be great. Maybe not right away but it *will* be great.

You’re absolutely right YT is a marathon not a sprint. I can’t count how many people have contacted me saying they started their own channel & realized a week later it was way too much work

Just discovered this video. Not only did I find them helpful but I found them very inspirational. Great work. Judging by all the comments I've read, a lot of people feel the same way. Thanks
