hey man i have a below the knee amp. I'm glad you got it to work for you, i can't bend my knee that much so I'm trying to figure out a way to move the right brake to work for me. Let me know if ya had any similar issues

Hey buddy. I didn’t have an issue with my knee not being able to bend far enough. But I make prosthetics for a living and they have different suspension options for you if the sleeve of your prosthetic is limiting your range of motion. Not 100% sure your situation but to move the back brake to a hand break is also an option. Hope this helps.

I always recommend taking the safety course if your state allows. Are you an amputee? Best advice I think without knowing your situation is take your time practice in a big parking lot when starting out. Also don’t speed it’s not worth it trust me that’s how I lost my leg in the first place to fast in a turn. Anything else I can help with don’t hesitate to reach out and I’ll try my best to answer. Good luck and ride safe.

My right leg was amputated above the knee when I was 11. I purchased a kawasaki vulcan 500 as a starter. I've been practicing in a large parking lot. Called my local msf and asked they said that they would call back and never did. I'm nervous about not having use of the rear brake and making right turns from a stop

@@TheDmike1892 not having rear brake is definitely different. They have mods that you can buy that make the rear and front brake work off one lever. Or have two levers if you rather that. Right turns for me aren’t much different then having two legs. I keep my right leg on the peg 95% of the time. Hope this helps good luck bud and ride safe 👊

what setting do you use for the c leg, and do you find it reaches back enough?

I am currently in a ottobock x3 knee. I dont use any special settings on the knee when I ride. I changed the stopper bumper to a shorter one but it still works with the factory stopper bumper just as good.
