In private not everybody earns decent . only corporate sector doesn't represent entire private sector. Many struggle with low pay checks

Gov job which has good supply of black money is a great lottery. Black money is tax free and additional money above salaries... I am working in corporate for more than 11yrs and the 31.2% tax & cess eats up our salaries and in return we send our kids to private school, we avail health facilities in pvt hospitals and drive our vehicles on pot ridden roads. Gov job with constant flow of black money is a great catch.

All Government jobs are not transferable. There are good jobs like PFRDA, SEBI, IIFCL, IFSCA, NFRA which have fixed posting and higher salary than Central Government

Aaj kal aapne ek trend dekha hoga log IAS IRS ka exam nikal k naukri chod rahe hai, pehle wo social media pe reach banate hai fir apna coaching suy kar lete hai. Kyu ki online coaching baith k khane wala kaam hai, ek baar aapka institute chal gaya toh bas teacher se le kar administrator sab hier karna hao or bas baith k khan hai. govt kaam slow hota hai isi lie logo ko lagta hai sarkari naukari mei kaam nai karna padta but slow work k dusre karan hai, bahut jada red tappism hai. But han sarkari naukri paa k aap cast or religious or social strata acha kar sakti yeh sabsa bada reason hai sab sarkari naukri chate hai
