I like the video design, the contrast of colors, the widescreen bars, and body language expression!!

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again with the same results. Thank you for reminding Coach Rafael :)

It's really imposible to get something new If you only do the same thing. Good video, thanks.

I'm sure you get it all the time but your videos have honestly changed my life. Especially your 'how to stop caring what people think you' I had a whole new perspective on everything after I watched that

I just started working on this. And one of my goals is reading books, do you have any suggestions? Maybe you should make a video on the books you read? Anyhow, great content as always :)

This is a great inspiration but what happens when you are afraid to do something different?

Do you also have a suggestion for someone who has to live with a sadist elder brother and a needlessly agressive little crazy brother for a while? Yes, I have potential to realize great projects if I can survive this hell, but there is no guarantee whether I can finally escape to a more peaceful environment even if I try my best by engaging in bodybulding as an extra activity to defend myself :(

Haha, it seems as if the reason you refer me back to the same adress is that you guess I haven't got what you say in the video :D Well, from my perspective, it is both easier said than done and something I've already started doing. You can make sure I'll keep trying no matter what happens. I hopefully won't be exposed to any malicious attack in the meanwhile :S Most of the things you mention in the videos are things I already knew. Sorry for the funny comment I've put out of anger. Thanks anyway for the videos even though they sometimes contradict each other or are repetation of the previous videos. Don't give up making that type of videos ! They aren't perfect but inspirational :)
