I think I have honestly good advice for getting over someone: 1: You didn’t break up for no reason! Always remember what you hated about the relationship. But don’t be too hateful because: 2: You two dated for a reason. At one point you liked them. Just turned out to not be a good match for you both. 3: There is the right Person still out there waiting for you. Just take care of yourself, reflect your own contribution to this failing relationship and be the best version of yourself for the next person to come. And remember: Never downgrade! Learn from the past and don’t let other’s treat you in an unreasonable way!

How i've been getting over my ex: gym. Just put there everything and in the end you'll feel better about yourself and your anger or regret or sadness will be a tiny bit better. Not only gym tho but everything that moves your body, like dancing classes, boxing, climbing etc it helps
